Financial Remedy Papers
For divorce financial settlement matters, include the documents that show the stage of disclosure and the assets in issue.
- Form E if exchanged.
- Questionnaires and replies if available.
- Asset, income and liability schedules.
- Property, pension, mortgage and company documents.
- Valuations and expert reports if available.
- Offers, open proposals and without-prejudice correspondence where appropriate.
